Community Access and Support
Horizon Community Services (HCS) offers an important link to help connect people living with disability to their local communities. Through our community access and support services, we endeavour to encourage our clients to participate in recreational tasks and explore social opportunities. Our goal is to help improve our client’s competencies for greater independence, making it easier for them to achieve their personal goals.
